SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number.

Shipping Estimates:
We offer reliable shipping across the United States. 
* Standard Shipping: 7 to 12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, or peak holiday volumes.

Order Tracking:
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at zultexgear@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damaged Orders:
If your package arrives damaged, please email us immediately at zultexgear@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.
